Jane is recognized as one of the top franchise lawyers in St. Louis. She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for franchise law since 1995. In 2015, Jane was named “Franchise Lawyer of the Year” in St. Louis in The Best Lawyers in America. She has also been listed in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Magazine for franchise law.
Jane serves as an arbitrator and mediator in franchise/dealer disputes nationwide. She is an arbitrator on the commercial, construction, consumer, employment and large complex panels for the American Arbitration Association. She also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for Lexitas (f/k/a Alaris) Alternative Dispute Resolution as well as a neutral for matters pending before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois, the Circuit Court in the Counties of St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri and the Circuit Court in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. In Illinois, she serves as a civil mediator in the Madison County Circuit Court.
