Arbitration & Mediation

Jane is a proponent of alternative dispute resolution often referred to as “ADR.” She believes it is more cost effective and efficient to resolve disagreements without going to court, if possible. Jane has successfully represented clients in a variety of business and construction arbitrations and mediations.

Jane also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial, construction, and employment disputes. She serves individually and on panels nationwide.  Examples of the types of matters for which Jane has served as an arbitrator or mediator include disagreements among business owners and those arising in connection with the purchase or sale of a business or business assets; unfair trade practices; non-compete agreements; franchise/dealer disputes; intellectual property disputes; disputes involving the sale and financing of real estate; consumer disputes; and employment discrimination.
